Returns Policy 

If you need to return or exchange your order, please note that The Wellnest reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with our policy. We do not accept returns simply due to a change of mind. However, if you receive an incorrect item or if the product is defective, we encourage you to contact us at thewellnest@outlook.com for assistance. 

 

In the case of a faulty product, we want to ensure you receive the help you need. To do so, please send us an email at thewellnest@outlook.com including a description of the issue along with any relevant photos. Keep in mind that any faults must be reported within 14 days of receiving your product, as we are unable to process refunds or exchanges after that period.
